UPDATED SCHEDULE FOR ARNOLD CLASSIC POWERLIFTING - PLEASE NOTE

Friday 17th May: Women - Raw Powerlifting and Raw Bench Press
                             Weigh in at 8am, lifting starts at 10am 

Saturday 18th May: Men - Raw Powerlifting and Raw Bench Press
                             Weigh in at 8am, lifting starts at 10am

Sunday 19th May: 1) Men and Women - Equipped Powerlifting and Equipped Bench Press
                             Weigh in at 8am, lifting at 10am

2) Double Deadlift : 1pm

We are expecting long lines at the gates on Friday morning.
Pls can we ask that you inform all your participants and officials, if possible, to go to Sandton Convention Centre on Thursday after 12pm to scan and get wristbands. We know its not possible for all but it will avoid long waiting Friday morning.

At SCC there is 4 points to entrance and Exits. Maud str, Alice lane, Skywalk bridge North and South.
