SOUTH AFRICAN POWERLIFTING FEDERATION

Will take place on Saturday 13 March 2010  at Oxygen - weigh in 7h00, comp start at 9h00, entry fee R 50 per lifter.

Please let me know before 10 /3/2010 if you want to compete.

You must be affiliated to compete - first time lifters can pay a R 20 registration fee.

If you won your div at SA's 2009, you don't have to qualify. If not you must have done a comp after SA's 2009 and reached your qualifying total

Sub jnr - must have done a comp

Jnr - Yellow

Snr  - Brown

M1 - Orange

M2 - Yellow

If not you must qualify on 13 March 2010.

If you must still qualify , but want to enter SA's 2010, you must enter your name as in par 2 above - if you don't qualify, we just took your name of the list.
