Sessoon 2 : (Men -93kg up to 120+kg)
Weigh in 12h00 - 13h30
Lifting at 14h00

Entry fee R300, R100 for an extra age category (must be specified when you enter)

Updated to Venue: Bezalel Gym in LUSERN STREET 19 FOCHVILLE ( Vicki's Gym in Town)

Final entry date 2 March 2024. All lifters must be affiliated for 2024.
