Competition: Classic Bench Press and Equipped Bench Press. Qualifier for SA Bench Press 2025.

Entries to Hannie (082 566 3433 or hannie@lagayim.co.za) by 25 Jan - include your Name, Date of birth, Weight Category and Age Category, Classic and/or Equipped Bench Press.

Competition price: R300 per competition, can be paid on the day (plus R150 for extra age category).

All entrants must be affiliated for 2025.
