Friday 19 October 2012 from 17h00 a Powerlifting seminar will be presented at the venue of the SA Bench press in Fochville.

Please encourage all your lifters, coaches and other interested parties to attend this seminar. Apart from the 3 power lifts that will be discussed and demonstrated, technical rules etc as well as general queries  / concerns from lifters will be addressed.
