SOUTH AFRICAN POWERLIFTING FEDERATION

Lifters are invited to apply for positions in the SA team for the African Classic and Equipped Powerlifting Championships to be held in Algeria from 24-29 October 2023.

Lifters who qualified for the Classic Powerlifting team and Equipped Powerlifting team are listed here.

How to apply to be included in the nominations:
Send the following details to Heather Leighton (HeatherJLeighton@gmail.com) by 25 August so that your nomination can be loaded into Goodlift:
- The event details: African Classic Powerlifting and/or African Equipped Powerlifting
- Your name
- A headshot (head and shoulders against a plain background)
- Your ADEL International Level Athlete Education Programme certificate
- A copy of your South African passport
- Signed IPF Consent form (download here) - only if we don't already have this

Also, any university students who competed in SA Classic Championships 2023 and wish to participate in the APF University Cup (to be held in Algeria at the same time as the African Championships), you are also invited to send your details to Heather by 25 August.
