 SOUTH AFRICAN TEAM SELECTION

All lifters who qualified to compete in one of the remaining International Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships in 2024, are requested to complete the form below by 3 May 2024.  Submit the form once for ALL the events you wish to be considered for. First check that you qualified for selection (Click here to check lists of qualifiers)

Electronically complete, sign and have ready for upload the IPF Consent Form. (Click here to download and complete the Online IPF Consent Form).
