Raw Powerlifting ( No Equipment) : 7 attempts only to lifters choice.
 Affiliation and entries permitted on the day. 
Venue: High Performance Centre, St Stithians, Sandton 
Weigh in : 9am Lifting: 11pm 
Entry fee: R100
