Unequipped and Shirted Bench Press held in two seperate competitions. Unequipped competition held first. No raw permitted in Shirted competition.

Venue: St Stithian Girls School Hall

Entry: On the day R150 for one or both competitions. Open to all provinces.

Medals: Per division and age category.

Weigh-in: 07H00
