Eastern Province will have an Inter gym competition on 30 January 2010 which will also serve as qualifying for the National Powerlifting Championship. Weigh in starts at 08:00 and lifting will start at 10:00.
There will also be the EP Prize giving for 2009.
The competition will take place in Port Elizabeth.

Eastern Province will host it's annual Bench Press Championship on 13 March 2010 and it will be in George, Western Cape.
 
Weighin starts at 08:00 and lifting will begin at 10:00.
This event will also serve as qualifying for SA Bench Press. All Provinces are welcome!

Will take place on Saturday 13 March 2010  at Oxygen - weigh in 7h00, comp start at 9h00, entry fee R 50 per lifter.

Please let me know before 10 /3/2010 if you want to compete.

You must be affiliated to compete - first time lifters can pay a R 20 registration fee.

If you won your div at SA's 2009, you don't have to qualify. If not you must have done a comp after SA's 2009 and reached your qualifying total
